Peach Harmony provides Chinese baby naming and name analysis services based on traditional principles such as BaZi (八字), Zodiac compatibility, stroke count (笔画), and the Five Grid system (五格数理).
All names and recommendations are offered for personal guidance only. They represent our interpretation of traditional concepts and are not guarantees of future fortune, success, or health.
The final decision in selecting or using any name rests entirely with the client.
3. Use of Information
The information, names, and reports you receive are for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be copied, published, distributed, or resold without written consent from Peach Harmony.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Full payment is required before work begins.
As each naming consultation involves personalised analysis, all sales are non-refundable once the process has started.
Where a package includes refinements or alternative names, clients may request adjustments within the stated limits of the package.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Peach Harmony respects your privacy and complies with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Information collected (such as your child’s name, date/time of birth, and contact details) is used solely to perform the naming analysis. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.
Data is stored securely and deleted when no longer needed for service purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to ensure accuracy and quality, Peach Harmony shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damages arising from the use, interpretation, or reliance on our naming services or materials.
Engaging our service implies acceptance that the naming advice is a cultural and interpretive guide, not a scientific or medical assessment.
7. Intellectual Property
All written reports, analyses, and digital materials produced by Peach Harmony remain our intellectual property. Clients may download and retain copies for personal reference only.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved under Singapore jurisdiction.
