1. Payment Terms
A deposit of SGD $20 is required to confirm your booking and begin the analysis.
The remaining balance is payable only after your personalised report is completed and delivered.
Payments can be made via PayNow or bank transfer (details will be provided upon confirmation).
This deposit reserves your slot and allows preparation work to begin promptly.
Please note: The $20 deposit is non-refundable, as it covers initial consultation and administrative processing.

2. Service Guarantee
Each Peach Harmony package clearly states the number of names included.
If, due to Bazi restrictions or analysis results, I am unable to deliver the number of names promised:
The package will be downgraded to the next suitable tier;
You will be informed before final delivery; and
The price difference will be refunded accordingly.
This ensures fairness, honesty, and transparency for every client.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available if:
We fail to deliver the agreed number of names or services within the stated timeline; or
You contact us within 7 days of receiving your report with a valid issue (e.g., misalignment with the agreed naming criteria).
Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction with the style or meaning of the names provided, as each name is based on Peach Harmony’s professional analysis and naming methodology.

4. Partial Refunds & Cancellations
Partial refunds may be provided in cases such as fewer names delivered or a package downgrade.
If you cancel your order before work begins, a full or partial refund may apply (minus administrative fees).
Once analysis has started, refunds are generally not available.

5. Revisions & Modifications
After receiving your report, you may request minor clarifications or comparisons within 7 days — free of charge.
Requests for additional names or major modifications may incur a small additional fee, depending on the nature of the request.

6. Delivery Timeline
Reports are typically delivered within 4 working days after receiving all required details and the deposit.
If any delay occurs, you’ll be informed immediately with an updated delivery date.
